Overall, I was super happy with everything at Isleta, I just wish their restaurant had better service. After waiting 20 minutes with no one even talking to us, we got up and left. I tried to eat there three times over the course of my stay but only managed two times because a server never came to help me and my husband after we were seated. It's the only restaurant you can eat at if you don't want to go into the casino. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 and not a 5 is because of their restaurant. The ladies in the spa also did a wonderful job pampering me and getting me ready for my big day. Anita kept us updated on everything regarding all the rooms for my family.
I checked in the day before my wedding and Anita was extremely helpful along with the amazing housekeeping staff! They had my room ready for me hours before check in on a day that they were sold out the night before. Cindy was our sales manager and she did a wonderful job and was very flexible with my always changing requests. I recently had my wedding reception at Isleta and was extremely happy with the services we received.
